Distribution and habitat

Río Guaviare drainage (Colombia), probably both northern and southern tributaries.

We collected them on several locations in 2017.
Black-ish water; pH: 4.6 - 5.2  Conductivity: 11 - 18 microSiemens/cm  Temperature: 25.9°C

My Experience

A very peaceful fish here. 

Breeding

Behaved quite monogamously in my tanks.
Breeds easily!
