My Experience

I got this species in Peru, from the only fisherman who knows where they live.

The males are like chameleons, they really can change their pattern depending on mood.
All the adult male photos abowe shows exactly the same fish, in different moods.
Believe it or not, but I only got one male !

They are as easy to keep as the other members of the A.-pebas-subcomplex
